Two Grand Hotels
The 'last season' for a combination of the classic hotels: Old Winter Palace in Luxor and Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan
Day 1 Fly direct from London Gatwick to Luxor for a four-night stay at the Old Winter Palace.
Days 2 – 4 Optional excursions include: The West Bank including the Valleys of the Kings and Queens, Temple of Hatshepsut and Colossi of Memnon £38; the Karnak and Luxor temples £26; Sound & Light at Karnak £18; and a day cruise to Denderah £40.
Days 5 – 7 Transfer by road to Aswan for a three-night stay at the Old Cataract Hotel. Optional excursions include: The High Dam, Philae and Unfinished Obelisk (£30); Sound & Light at Philae (£22) and the Coptic Monastery and Tombs of the Nobles (£20). A felucca ride and the Botanical Gardens (£9), a bird watching excursion by boat including the Botanical
Gardens (£10) and an excursion by road to Abu Simbel (£65).
Day 8 Return flight direct from Aswan to Gatwick.
Extension – Luxor & Aswan
