Day 1 Fly from London Gatwick to Aqaba and transfer to your chosen hotel in Aqaba for two nights.
Day 2 An optional morning tour of Aqaba includes a glass-bottom boat ride to the coral reefs and visits the Aquarium, Aqaba Fort, Museum and archaeological site of Old Aqaba, ‘Ayla’.
Day 3 An excursion to Wadi Rum en route to your chosen hotel in Petra for two nights. Afternoon excursion to Little Petra. A drink at the Nabataean Cave Bar has been arranged. Optional Petra by Night excursion.
Day 4 A full-day visit to Petra. Walk through the ‘Siq’ to the Treasury. Then to the Street of Façades, the Theatre, Royal Tombs, Colonnaded Street, Byzantine church, the Temple, Monumental Arch and Qasr el-Bint Faroun (entrance ticket included).
Day 5 Visit the Crusader castle at Kerak and the Dead Sea Museum en route to your chosen hotel on the shores of the Dead Sea where three nights are spent.
Day 6 A half-day excursion to Jerash.
Day 7 An optional visit to Bethany, Madaba and Mount Nebo.
Day 8 Morning free. Travel to Aqaba for the return flight.
